MKM Systems LTD ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fitsune mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use Fitsune on iOS or Android devices.

By downloading, accessing, or using Fitsune, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used as your unique account identifier and for authentication.
• Password — stored in encrypted form via our authentication provider. We never have access to your plain-text password.

1.2 Profile Information

You may optionally upload a profile photo (avatar) from your device's photo library. To do this, the App will request permission to access your photo gallery. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. If you choose not to upload a photo, the App will function normally.

1.3 Onboarding and Personalization Data

During onboarding, we collect information you provide to personalize your experience, including:

• Your fitness goals and preferences.
• Basic profile details necessary for generating your personalized plan.
• In-app interaction data (for example, workout completion history used to calculate your streak).

This data is used exclusively to tailor the App experience to you.

1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store payment card details, bank account information, or any financial credentials.
• We do not access your contacts, location, microphone, or any other data beyond what is described in this Policy.
